摘要
为保证远程教育的正常进行，结合远程教育的特点，提出了远教网络管理系统的 设计和实现方法，同时介绍了CA、MD5技术在开发系统中的作用。
To make sure that distance education can be proceeded normally and c ombined with the feature of distance education, a method about the design and r e alization of distance education network management system is presented in this p aper. The article also provides the effect of CA, MD5 technology on the syst em developing.
