摘要
采用正交组合回归设计实验方法 ,研究了“零保温”条件下 ,加热温度和回火温度对2 7SiMn钢强度和硬度的影响规律。并进行了显微组织分析。实验表明 ,2 7SiMn钢“零保温”淬火后有较高的强硬性。在实验的基础上 ,提出了液压支柱缸体 (90 0± 1 0 )℃淬火、(63 0± 1 0 )℃回火的“零保温”
