摘要
本文介绍汽轮机转子焊缝的Υ射线探伤。详细描述了透照方式的设计、射线源的选用和检测能力的试验结果。实践表明:利用^(192)Ir Υ射线作转子焊缝检验,在技术上和经济上均有良好的效果。
This paper describes the γ-ray flaw detection of welds in steam turbine rotor, the design of radiographic mode, selection of radioisotope source and some test results for detectability. Practical application shows that utilizing ^(192)Ir for rotor welds inspection has technical and economical values.
