卵巢癌组织中ER、PR的表达

Expressions of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in ovarian carcinomas and their correlations.

摘要 目的 探讨卵巢癌组织ER、PR的表达以及激素受体与卵巢癌之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法分别检测 41例卵巢癌组织中ER、PR的表达。结果 卵巢癌中ER、PR的阳性率分别为 43 9%、63 4% ,显著高于非恶性肿瘤组织 ,而且ER、PR在不同类型的卵巢癌组织中的表达没有显著性差异。结论 ER、PR可能与卵巢癌的生长。 Objective To determine the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR)in ovarian carcinomas and explore the relationship between ovarian cancer and sex steroid receptor.Methods The immunohistochemical way SP was performed to estimate the ER and PR in 41 cases of ovarian carcinomas.Results 18 cases(43.9%) were ER positive,and 26 cases( 63.4% ) were PR positive.The expressions of ER and PR had no significant differences in different histologic types.Conclusion The overexpressions of ER?PR may have different effects on the regulation of growth and proliferation of ovarian cancer.
