锌粉置换提金中铜影响的研究

The effect of copper on gold recovedy by zinc from leach liquors

在氰化冶金贵液中,Cu含量高达838.0mg/L,严重影响锌粉置换提金。通过多项研究试验,发现常温下搅拌24h,保持贵液中CaO浓度为400mg/L,可使Au的置换率达到99.83%,Cu只有1.5%。

Copper concentration in cyanidation leach recirculating liquors is too high(838.0 mg/L) so that gold recovery is seriously affected while gold is recovered by zinc replacement from the leach liquors.After repeatedly undergo the many experiments,it is found that gold displacement is up to 99.83%,copper is only 1.5%,when adding CaO 400 mg/L in the leach liquors is stirred for 24 hours at the normal atmospheric temperature.The result is satisfied in using productive practice.
