摘要
在氰化冶金贵液中,Cu含量高达838.0mg/L,严重影响锌粉置换提金。通过多项研究试验,发现常温下搅拌24h,保持贵液中CaO浓度为400mg/L,可使Au的置换率达到99.83%,Cu只有1.5%。
Copper concentration in cyanidation leach recirculating liquors is too high(838.0 mg/L) so that gold recovery is seriously affected while gold is recovered by zinc replacement from the leach liquors.After repeatedly undergo the many experiments,it is found that gold displacement is up to 99.83%,copper is only 1.5%,when adding CaO 400 mg/L in the leach liquors is stirred for 24 hours at the normal atmospheric temperature.The result is satisfied in using productive practice.
