摘要
用H2SO4水解羽毛提取复合氨基酸,研究了H2SO4的浓度、用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对羽毛水解反应的影响,确定了H2SO4水解羽毛提取氨基酸的最佳工艺条件:H2SO4浓度为35%,羽毛∶H2SO4为1∶1.8(w/w),反应温度110℃,反应时间为8h,羽毛水解氨基酸的产率可达85%以上。
The process of hydrolyzing and extracting with sulfuric acid the complex amino acids are extracted from feather. Factors such as the effects of concentration of H2SO4, the quantity of H2SO4, the reaction temperature and time are all studied. The optimum technological conditions for hydrolyzing and extracting the complex amino acid are specified. The concentration of H2SO4 was 35%, feather∶sulfuric acid for 1∶1.8(mass ratio), the reaction temperature 110 ℃,the reaction time 8 h. Given these conditions, the complex amino acid yield 85%.
