山西票号组织制度探微

A discussion on the organization system of exchange shop in Shanxi

山西票号是我国最早产生的专门从事异地汇兑的金融组织 ,在其百余年的发展历程中 ,形成了许多有别于其它金融机构的制度 ,因而在中国近代经济史上占有重要的历史地位。本文以其组织制度为对象 ,从资本的组织、用人制度、职工待遇、总分号之关系等方面予以探讨 ,并对其衰亡的历史原因进行分析。认为 :票号的决策者过分地固守旧有的传统 。

Exchange shop in Shanxi was the earliest financial organization that specially dealt with the remittance between different areas.During its development of more than one hundred years,it formed many systems that were different from those of other financial institions.It was important in modern economic history of China.This paper probes into its organization system from the respects of its collection of capital,employing system,the treatment of workers and staff members and the relation between the general shop and branch shops.In addition,this paper makes an analysis of the historical reason for its decline and concludes that its sticking to traditions was the most important reason for its decline.
