摘要
对气调保鲜后的杨梅果实中的各种真菌进行培养、分离、鉴定和分析表明,在气调贮藏后的杨梅果实上共有真菌20种,一类是厌氧性的,以酵母类等真菌为主,一类是好氧性的,有青霉菌、芽枝霉、曲霉菌、镰孢霉等。其中,酵母菌、假丝酵母为优势菌群,其次为青霉菌、芽枝霉、曲霉菌、镰孢霉等。
Twenty fungous groups were isolated from the bayberry fruits in controlled atmosphere storage by culturring, isolating , and identifying. The fungi in the fruits had aerobic and anaerobic fungi. Aerobic fungi were Saccharomyces and Candida and aerobic fungi were Penicillum , Cladosporium , Aspergillus and Fusarium etc.
