稀土异戊橡胶聚合反应过程模拟放大与优化

摘要 本文首先建立了具有不同速度常数的一级全混釜模型,描述稀土异戊橡胶的聚合反应宏观动力学规律.以中间试验和工业化放大实验为基础确定了聚合釜传热和搅拌混合的放大规律,研究了热稳定性.在对设备费和操作费优化的基础上确定了适宜的工艺流程和工艺条件. A model of cascade complete mixing tanks for a first-order reaction with different rats constants was given, which was used to describe the apparent polymerization kinetics of Isopreae Rubber produced with lanthanide catalyst. Based oa the data of a pilot plant and a semi-plant, relations of scale-up for heat transfer and mixing of the polymerization reactors were determined, the heat stability of the polymerization reactors was also investigated, the favourable processes and conditions were determined by optimizing the osts of equipments and ope rations.
