摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定礞石滚痰丸中黄芩苷的含量 ,以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离黄芩苷 ,以甲醇-水 -醋酸 (4 4∶5 6∶1)为流动相 ,UV检测波长 2 74nm进行测定。黄芩苷峰与其他组分峰的分离度为 6 0 ,理论塔板数以黄芩苷峰计算为 2 2 5 0 0 ;方法的平均回收率为 97 6% ,RSD为 0 5 % (n =5 ) ,黄芩苷进样量与吸收面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。线性范围 0 2 5～ 2 5 μg。结果准确 ,重复性好。
To determine the content of baicaline in mengshiguntan Pill with RP-HPLC method. Baicaline was separated on Spherisorb C 18 column, using methanol-acetic acid- water (45∶1∶55) as mobile phase and UV detection wavelength is 274nm. The resolution was 6 0 and the number of theoretical plates calculated for baicaline peak was 22500. The average recovery of this method was 98 9% with RSD 0 73% (n=5). There was g good relationship between the concentration and peak area value of baicaline in the range of 0 25～2 5μg. The method is highly reproducible and accurate.
