摘要
本文采用HPLC法测定岩白菜素及复方岩白菜素片的含量 ,以甲醇 -H2 O (4 0∶60 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 2 0nm ,在 0 1670～ 0 835 2 μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,γ =0 9998,平均回收率为 99 34% (n =5 ) ,RSD =0 77%。本法操作简便准确 。
A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of bergeninum and compound bergeninum tablets was described. The HPLC system consisted Kromasil C 18 column(250mm×4 6mm,5μm), methanol-water (40∶60) as mobile phase, and with detection wavelength 256nm. The column temperature is 30℃.The linear correlation was good in the range of 0 1670～0 8352μg of bergeninum, correlation coefficient is 0 9998. The average recovery was 99 34%(n=5) and the RSD was 0 77%. The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of bergeninum and compound bergeninum tablets.
