摘要
用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定钆喷酸葡胺原料及其注射液的含量。采用C18ODS柱 (5 μm ,4 6×2 5 0mm) ,四丁基高氯酸铵 1 7g ,加乙腈 10 0ml使溶解 ,再加水 90 0ml为流动相 ;检测波长为 195nm。线性范围为 0 2 5～ 1 2 5mg·ml-1(r =0 9999) ,注射液平均回收率为 10 0 7% ,RSD =0 67% (n =9)。本法简便、快速。
An RP-HPLC method is established for the determination of meglumine gadopentetate and its injection. The chromatographic system consisted of ODS-C 18 column(250mm×4 6mm,5μm), mobile phase of tetra butyl ammonium perchlorate 1 7g dissolved in methyl cyamide 100ml and add water 900ml. The detection wavelength is 195nm. The linear range was 0 25～1 25μg·ml -1 with the correlation coefficient 0 9999. The average recovery was 100 7% and the RSD was 0 67%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
