慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测分析

Analysis on serum specific IgE in chronic urticaria

目的 我们于 2 0 0 1年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 4月应用酶联免疫吸附试验对 5 4例慢性荨麻疹患者进行血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测 ,并与 2 4名正常人对照 ,结果 5 4例慢性荨麻疹患者血清过敏原反应阳性 42例 ,阳性率为 77.78% ,其中对一种过敏原呈阳性反应 18例 ,对 2种以上过敏呈阳性反应 2 4例。 2 4名正常人血清过敏原反应阳性 3例 ,阳性率为 12 .5 %。两组血清过敏原反应阳性率比较 ,P <0 .0 1。 5 4例慢性荨麻疹患者血清总IgE水平升高的 (≥90I.U . ml) 3 7例 (68.5 2 % ) ,2 4名正常人血清总IgE水平升高的 1例 (4 .17% ) ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 1。

The seram specific IgE were detected by ELISA(Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay)in 54 cass of chronic uricaria and in 24 healthy control.It was found that 77.78% patients with chronic urticaria had positive reaction to at least one of the all ergens which were significantly higher than the positive rate of 12.5% in control group(P<0.01).It was also found that 68.52% patients with chronic urticaria had elevatory level of total serum IgE which were significantly higher than the rate of 4.17% in control group(P<0.01).
