通过对运材汽车发动机润滑的研究与试验,结果表明:良好的润滑能明显改善发动机的工作状况,显著降低发动机的磨损,有效地延长发动机的使用寿命.其主要途径是在汽车发动机上增加预润滑、补偿油泵,使发动机摩擦副在起动前获得预润滑,在机油压力偏低时获得额外的补偿油量;以及通过预防在用油的污染,保持润滑油的良好性能,确保发动机处于最佳润滑状态.

The study and the related results of experiments on the lubricant technique of log transport trucks show:excellent lubricating can improve the working state of engines,reduce greatly engine wear,prolong the engine service life effectivelyIts functional me chanism is to mounte on the engine an prelubricate and compensating oil pump which ensures the friction pairs to be prelubricated before the engine is started and to be supplemented with extra compensating oil if the oil pressure in a lower levelIt is also necessary to take against the inuse oil's being polluted and keep the lubricating oil in good performance and the engine in the best lubricating condition
