摘要
东南亚华人企业集团的战略优势主要表现在对环境变化的适应能力,华人企业家的创业创新精神,范围广泛的符合自身社会文化特性的商业网络,灵活应变的资金筹措、财富管理和资本运营能力。战略劣势主要表现在基于家族控制需要的制度安排,缺乏协同作用的分散化和多元化的业务选择,出于回避和降低风险考虑的机会主义行为。区域经济的发展和一体化为其经营发展带来了许多战略机会,但在经济全求化和知识经济深入发展以及由此而来的商业竞争规则和经营、竞争与发展环境已经发生急剧变化的今天,其进一步发展面临着巨大的战略挑战,新的核心竞争优势的形成需要对其战略、策略和企业制度进行新的调整。
The strategie superiorities and inferiorities of Chinese business consortium in Southeast Asia are analysed respectively. Their superiorities manifest themselves by adaptation to the change of environment, spirit of starting an undertaking and blazing new trails of Chinses enterpreneurs, commercial networks of wide range which tally with social and cultural characteristics of their own, and flexibls capabilities of fund raising and financial management and capital operation. Their inferiorities lie in an institi-tional arrangement based on the needs of familial control , dispersed and multiple operational choice in short of synergy, and opportunist behavior starting from the consideration of risk avoiding and lowering. Development and integration of regional economies bring about many strategic opportunities for their operation and development. However , their further development confronts with enormous strategic challenge today when economic globalization and knowledge economy develop in depth; and there from, drastic change in regulation of commercial competition and in environment of operation and competition and development occur. A new adjustment in strategy and tactic and in institution of enterprises is required so as to form a core competitive edge.
