COSINE型纵槽管的冷凝传热研究

摘要 本文在V型纵槽管冷凝传热研究的基础上,进行了Cosine型纵槽管的传热研究.在理论分析与实验研究的基础上得到了传热系数和传热面积的计算公式.对所得结果比较后,作者建议以单位温度差传热速率进行这一类纵槽管的传热计算及作为评价其传热效果优劣的判据.这种作法较之过去的传统作法(传热系数法)远为优越. Based on the physical model of condensation heat transfer obtained on V-type vertical corrugated tubes, a new physical model of condensation heat transfer on cosine-type corrugated surfaces is pregented. By means of theoretical analysis and experimental work, an empirical formula for calculating the condensation heat transfer coefficient and heat tranfer area on cosie-type corrugated tubes has been worked out. On comparing the calculating results, it is proposed that the heat transfer rate per unit temperature difference, ks, should be considered as the critical paratniter in evaluating the heat tranfer effects, which is superior to the traditional heat transfer coefficient method. A formula for calculating the value of ks of Cosine type corrugated tubes is derived in the article.
