Confucian ethics and modern Olympic Game are in conflict due to the difference in the nature; for factors in common, they are also in harmony which plays an important role in the development of Olympic Games. Factors borrowed into the Olympic mechanism, not only restrict the negative effects of Olympic Game, but promote the healthy development of Olympic Game as well as the society.
