摘要
陀斯妥耶夫斯基和莫里亚克都是探索人类心灵的伟大作家,但是他们在描写人物心理方面所采用的叙述形式有很大的不同,陀斯妥耶夫斯基的心理描写的形式为近景叙述,相对而言,莫里亚克的叙述形式可称为远景叙述。
Both Fyodor Dostoyevsky and Fran?ois Mauriac are great writers who probe into the spirit of human beings, however they are quite different in the narrative forms adopted to describe characters' psychology. Dostoyevsky's form of psychological description is called narrative of close shot in which the characters' spirits are consistently in an unfinished state and neither the author nor the characters in novels can make a complete and impartial evaluation on the characters' spirits from an absolute height. However, Mauriac 's form of narrative is thought to be called narrative of distant view in which either the author or the characters in novels can give a complete description of the characters' spirits from a certain height and the spirits' state is definite and clear. This article attempts to discuss the two kinds of narrative forms in novels, their aesthetic effects and the contexts shaping these forms.
