在新的历史时期 ,江泽民同志创造性地阐述了马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论 ,提出了“每个人自由而全面发展”的学说。这就进一步明确了社会主义建设的价值目标 ,有利于实现社会发展与人的发展的和谐有机统一 ,有利于总结国际共产主义运动的经验教训 ,有利于实践“三个代表”重要思想。

In the new historical stage of socialism,Comrade JIANG Zemin has reasserted and creatively explained Marxist theory on all-round development of man,put forward the theory of“Letting everyone develop freely and in an all-round way”and further made clear the value objective of socialist building beneficial to achieving harmony and unity of the development of the society with that of man,to reviewing lessons from experience of the international communist movement and to practising the important thought of the “Three Represent's”.
