摘要
本文论述了柴油机全气缸采样系统执行机构同步性研究的重要意义;测量了影响电磁执行机构同步动作的延迟时间,并用数理统计方法检验了其分布规律,结果表明它服从正态概率分布。从理论上推导了控制信号有级调整时引起的执行机构同步误差极限,并计算了执行机构的同步概率,提出了提高同步概率的措施及今后的研究方向。
I The significance of actuator synchronization in total cylinder sampling system from a diesel engine was presented and the actuator de -lay times which affect the synchronization of electromagnetic actuators were measured. Based on mathematical statistics, the delay time distribution was checked and it obeys the normal distribution. The synchronization error limits were derived on the theory of probability under disei-ete control of actuators and actuator synchronization probability was calculated. At last the means of improving synchronization of actuators and needs of further study were given.
