摘要
目的 研究三环类药物及人参皂甙的抗抑郁作用。方法 本文采用大鼠强迫游泳实验法观察三环类药物及人参皂甙抗抑郁效果研究 ,对其脑内单胺类神经递质 (去甲肾上腺素 ,多巴胺 ,5 -羟色胺 )进行定量测定。为进一步阐明其作用机制 ,用荧光分光光度法对大鼠脑内NA、DA、及 5 -HT含量进行测定。结果 表明高剂量三环类药物丙米嗪和人参皂甙具有明显的抗抑郁作用 (P <0 0 1) ;抑郁症的形成与脑内NA、DA、5
Objective To study the anti-depression action of tricyclic drug and Ginseng saponin. Methods The anti-depression effect was observed with the rat enforced swimming test. The monoamine substances in brain were detected quantitively. The NA, DA and 5-HT were detected with fluorospectrophotometry method. Results The high dose of tricyclic drug as imipramine and Ginseng saponin had obviously anti-depression action P<0.01. Conclusion The formation of depression might be related with NA, DA and 5-HT quantities in brain.
