脑缺血再灌注细胞外液兴奋性氨基酸与一氧化氮的变化及丹参的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察脑缺血再灌注细胞外液兴奋性氨基酸 (EAAs)与一氧化氮 (NO)的变化及丹参的影响。方法 采用沙土鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型 ,应用微透析技术及高压液相色谱测量方法 ,观察纹状体区细胞外液中EAAs及NO代谢产物变化。结果 在对照组 ,脑缺血 30min后 ,细胞外液中EAAs水平明显增加 ,随着再灌注时间延长EAAs水平逐渐接近正常 ,同时细胞外液中NO代谢产物也明显升高。L 精氨酸 (L Arg)组 ,EAAs及NO代谢产物水平均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;丹参组 ,EAAs及NO代谢产物水平均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,在丹参加L Arg组 ,EAAs及NO代谢产物水平与对照组差异无显著性意义。结论 脑缺血后 ,纹状体区细胞外液EAAs及NO代谢产物水平均明显增加 ,丹参不仅可降低EAAs及NO代谢产物水平 ,而且可逆转L Objective To investigate the changes in excitatory amino acids(EEAs) level and nitric oxide(NO) production and the effect of Ralviae Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RSM)on them in cerebral ischemic reperfusion gerbils.Methods Microdialysis technique and high performance liquid chromatography were used in this experiment.Results In control group,the levels of EEAs in striatum extracellular fluid elevated immediately after ischemia and gradually returned to basal level after 150 min reperfusion,and NO end products also increased during ischemia and reperfusion.In L arginine treated group,the levels of EAAs and NO end products were significantly higher than that in control,and in RSM treated group,however,the levels of EAAs and NO end products were significantly lower than that in control.Conclusions This study shows that the levels of EEAs and NO significantly increased during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,and RSM could greatly decrease EAAs releases and NO production and reverse the L arginine induced neuronal damages.
