Anji County in Zhejiang province is one of ten famous bamboo home in China. If taking county as an unit, the total production value of bamboo industry in Anji has always laid a head of China for many years. According to the study, the reasons are follows:superiority of natural condition, long historic tradition of depending bamboo for living, and especially all the people's endeavor with hardship to develop bamboo in modern times. Anji chooses a path using bamboo as an economic backbone and reaching the sustainable development of ecological economy.
