摘要
容积率对地价的影响具有区域性规律 ,城市规模、土地区位或土地用途不同 ,容积率对地价的影响程度也不同。
The affection of ratio of building area to land area to the price of land has territorial regularity.The degrees of affection are different with regard to different city scales,land locations and land uses.The affection of ratio of building area to land area to the price of land follows income increase and decrease principle.
