摘要
分析了3个籼粳型品系与籼型光温敏不育系杂交9个农艺性状在早、晚季环境下的配合力效应.结果表明:G2417 1的单株有效穗数、穗长、结实率和单株产量,G3005 4 1的抽穗日数、穗总粒数、穗实粒数和单株产量以及G2123的千粒重(质量)等性状的一般配合力效应在早、晚两季环境下均表现较好;总体上,一般配合力效应以G2417 1表现较好,G3005 4 1次之,而特殊配合力效应以G3005 4 1表现较好,G2123次之;海3S/G3005 4 1和培矮64S/G3005 4 1等组合的单株产量特殊配合力在早、晚季环境下均表现较好;3个籼粳型品系与籼稻具有较大的遗传距离,从9个农艺性状的配合力效应看,G2417 1和G3005 4 1在两系杂交稻育种中的应用价值较大.
The combining ability of 9 major agronomic characters was analyzed by crossing indicajaponica lines(IJLs) with indica photothermosensitive genetic male sterile lines in early and late season conditions. The results indicated that: The general combining ability (GCA) of plant height, panicles/plant, panicle length, seed setting rate, grain weight/plant in G24171, and the GCA of days to heading, spikelets/panicle, filled spikelets/panicle, grain weight/plant in G300541 and the GCA of 1000grain weight in G2123 were better both in early and late season. On the whole, G24171 had better GCA, and G300541 was the next, while G300541 had better specific combining ability (SCA) and G2123 was the next. Crosses Hai3S/G300541 and Peiai64S/G300541 could obtain high and stable SCA of grain weight/plant in early and late season. Three IJLs had large genetic distance to indica, and G24171 and G300541 had better exploited value in twoline system hybrid rice breeding according to the combining ability of 9 major agronomic characters.
