摘要
试验选用600羽0日龄岭南黄雏鸡随机分为5组,每组120只,公母各半并分栏饲养,饲粮代谢能水平分别为11 88、12 19、12 92、13 22和13 60MJ/kg,粗蛋白水平为21%(w),其他营养成分各组基本一致.试验期21d.结果表明,在本试验条件下,0~21日龄黄羽肉鸡适宜的饲粮代谢能需要量为公鸡:12 19MJ/kg,母鸡:12 92MJ/kg.根据饲养试验和比较屠宰试验结果,对0~21日龄岭南黄鸡每日食入代谢能和每单位代谢体质量沉积净能进行一元线性回归分析,得出0~21日龄黄羽肉鸡每单位代谢体质量的维持代谢能值为580 33kJ/d,增质量代谢能转化为沉积净能的效率为53 05%.
A series of feeding trials,fasted metabolic trials,metabolizable energy test and comparative slaughtering trial for Lingnan yellow broiler chicks were conducted to investigate the energy metabolism regulation and energy requirements from 0 to 21 d of age.In the expriment 600 (0dayold) Lingnan yellow broiler chicks were divided randomly into 5 groups and fed 5 metabolizable energy level starter diets respectively.The other composition and nutrition levels were the same for all experimental groups and the duration of the experiment was 21 d. Metabolizable energy test showed that metabolizable energy levels of 5 diets were 1188,1219,1292,1322 and 1360 MJ/kg,respectivelyThe results indicated that metabolizable energy requirements for male and female broilers was 1219 MJ/ kg and 1292 MJ/kg respectively.Based on the linear equations between metabolizable energy intake and energy retention,the MEm of kilogram metabolizable mass for broiler chicks was 58033 kJ/d, and the efficiency of utilization of ER for growth was 5305%.
