自体冷冻病变骨-髂骨复合移植修复下颌骨缺损的临床研究

Clinical Research on Mandibular Reconstrucion by Using Frozen Autogenous Bone-Illiac Compound Grafts

目的采用自体冷冻病变骨-髂骨复合移植修复下颌骨缺损,对手术方法、优缺点及相关功能性义齿修复进行评价。方法对1994年10月～2002年9月在我院行自体冷冻病变骨-髂骨复合移植修复下颌骨缺损的29例患者进行随访研究,根据临床检查、下颌曲面断层片及病人的满意程度对手术效果进行评估。结果除2例切口感染、术后给予换药延期愈合外,其余切口均一期愈合,面部外形、口腔功能恢复满意。结论自体冷冻病变骨-髂骨复合移植修复下颌骨缺损,是修复口腔功能及面部外形的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of frozen autogenous bone-illiac compound to reconstruct mandibular defects.The operative procedure,indication and associated functional dental restoration were defined.Methods29patients received transplantation of frozen autogenous bone-illiac compound were followed up.The curative effects were evaluated by clinical and radiographic examination.Results Except for2cases with wound infection and delayed healing,the results were satisfactory.Conclusions Frozen autogenous bone-illiac compound transplantation was an excellent method for restoration of oral function and facial morphology.
