摘要
本文是从行为模拟的角度出发对公铁分流问题的研究进行方法学上的探讨,建立了模拟旅客行为的效用函数,分析了发展公路客运分流可提供的政策和技术选择,并分析了当前妨碍分流的主要因素及改进方向。
This paper searchs for the methodology of highway-railway diversion problem studied from the view of behavior, constructs the utility function to simulate traveller behavior, analyses the available choice of policy and technique for the development of highway passenger traffic diversion. The major factors prevent the highway-railway diversion today and the improvement orientations ane analysed as Well.
