摘要
艰苦奋斗是无产阶级的政治本色和世界观的具体体现 ,学习和实践“三个代表”重要思想 ,必须坚持和发扬艰苦奋斗精神。在新的历史条件下 ,奋发向上、百折不挠、开拓进取、无私奉献 ,是艰苦奋斗新的时代内涵。在全面建设小康社会的实践中 ,必须高度重视对全体人民特别是青少年进行艰苦奋斗精神的教育 ,大力褒奖艰苦奋斗、奋发有为的先进群体和个人 ,让艰苦奋斗精神在 2 1世纪的中国发扬光大。
Hard struggle and plain living is the good style of the Communist Party. It is the proletarians's political nature and their reflection of world outlook, whose ethos we Chinese take great pride in. In order to study and carry out the important ideology of“ the Three Representatives”, we must insist on and carry forward the spirit of hard struggle and plain living. Under the new historical circumstances, we should exert ourselves, be indomitable, be open and enterprising as well as be selfless and willing to give, which is the new connotation of hard struggle and plain living. In the practice of building a better-off society, great importance must be attached to the education of the whole nation, especially the young people—we should tell them how to carry out the spirit of hard struggle and plain living. We should sing high praise of those who insist on hard struggle and plain living and have made great contribution to the nation so that the spirit of hard struggle and plain living can be carried forward in the 21 st century.
