Evaluation of the education management by AHP-Gray Correlation Analysis

在建立了教学管理评价指标体系的基础上,引入层次分析和灰色关联分析相结合的综合评价模型对教学管理进行评价,模型中利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的合理权重,应用灰色关联分析法对定性信息进行量化处理和比较,减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性,为教学管理评价提供了一种新方法。

Evaluation of education management has an important role in improving education quality. This paper establishes an evaluation index system of education management. Based on this, it applies a synthetic evaluation model of AHP-Gray Correlation Analysis to the evaluation of education management. The weights of the evaluation indexes are defined by AHP. The quantitative process and comparison of the qualitative information are made by Gray Correlation Analysis. As a result the influence of subjective elements is reduced and the accuracy of the evaluation conclusion is raised. A new method for the evaluation of education management is put forward.
