摘要 通过测定一系列不同质子酸掺杂的聚苯胺在不同温度下的电导率、Seebeck系数和热导率值 ,讨论了不同的掺杂酸和温度对电导率、Seebeck系数、热导率的影响 .研究结果表明 ,聚苯胺有较小的热导率 ,且其与各种结构因素几乎无关 ;用有机酸进行二次掺杂的聚苯胺电导率和Seebeck系数均有所提高 ;温度升高电导率增加而Seebeck系数下降 ,但更高温度下会发生聚苯胺的脱掺杂使电导率下降而Seebeck系数增加 .如能通过结构设计 ,改变制备条件合成出更高电导率和Seebeck系数聚苯胺 。 Electrical conductivity σ , and Seebeck coefficient α at different temperature, and thermal conductivity κ at room temperature for various doped polyaniline (PAn) samples were measured. The effects of preparation methods and temperature on thermoelectric properties were discussed. The results showed that the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of PAn depended on preparation condition and temperature. Both the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of PAn redoped by organic acid were higher. The electrical conductivity increased and Seebeck coefficient decreased as the temperature increased, but the decrease of σ and the increase of α took place by dedoping under the higher temperature. The thermal conductivity was insensitive to the sample preparation condition. Electrical conductivity became smaller and Seebeck coefficient became larger as doping level of PAn decreased.
