摘要 利用线性近似方法推导了具有色关联噪声的单模激光饱和损失模型的光强关联函数和功率谱 ,分析讨论了光强关联函数随时间的演化及功率谱随频率的变化 ,发现在一定条件下 ,光强关联函数出现双极值 。 By means of linear proximation method, the intensity correlation function and power spectrum of the saturation loss noise model for a single mode laser with colored correlation noises were derived. The evolution features of the intensity correlation function with time and the power spectrum with frequency were analyzed. In certain cases, there are two extreme values in the time evolution curves of the intensity correlation function and three peaks in the frequency evolution curves of the power spectrum.
