A Study of Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts on the Building of Clean and Honest Government

邓小平针对新时期腐败之风较盛的状况 ,提出了完整的廉政建设思想 :反腐败应围绕经济建设这个中心进行 ,反腐倡廉具有紧迫性与长期性 ,并明示了廉政建设的三条主要途径 :从教育入手 ,从制度方面解决问题 ;加强法制 ,完善监督 ;抓好领导干部特别是高级领导干部的廉洁自律。

In the light of exsisting situation that corruption is rampant in new period , Deng Xiaoping proposed integral thoughts of fighting against corruption: The fighting was long-term and urgent.The fighting should be carried out around the centre of economic construction. The fighting should be started with ideologically education and be solved from aspect of instituition.The socialist legal system xhould be strengthened.The supervisory organ should be perfected.And leading officials especially senior leading officials should keep themselves with the bands of discipline and law.
