卢作孚的职工教育思想及其启示

On Lu Zuofu's Education Thought of Workers and Its Enlightenment

作为我国近代历史上著名的爱国实业家 ,同时也是教育家的卢作孚 ,十分重视职工教育。培养职工现代的技术和管理能力是其职工教育的出发点 ,实行“全员训练”和“全面训练”是其职工教育的主要内容和形式 ,重视以“民生精神”为核心的思想政治教育 ,是其职工教育的一大特色。

Lu Zuofu was a famous patriotic industrialist in the modern Chinese history. He greatly advocated and practiced education of workers. As far as his education thought is cercenced,training modern technology and management ability of workers is its starting point, enforcing full-scale training for all staffs is its main contents, treasuring the people's livelihood is its characteristics. All these thoughts have guiding significance in the present development of vocational education and the building of socialist modernizations.
