摘要
驰名商标本身蕴涵了巨大的价值,同时,它又是经常被侵害的对象。由于驰名商标本身的重要性,立法上应该给予特殊的保护。我国对于《商标法》的这次修改正是顺应了这种需求,规定了实体和程序两方面的,有别于普通商标的保护措施。
The famous trademark itself is very valuable, and at the sometime,it is always impinged. For its essentiality, legislation should give special guard. It is also one of aims of the new trademark law in our country. The new law prescribes two measures that differ from those on the normal trademark law on both substantiality and procedure.
