摘要
文章论述了高等院校素质教育的内涵,分析了当前高等教育存在的问题,并对如何加强素质教育进行了探讨。
This paper states the connotations of the quality education in institutions of higher learning. It analyses the existing problems in higher education and probes into how to strengthen quality education.
