通过对影响大学生心理健康的原因、大学生心理健康的基本状况和主要问题、普及大学生心理健康教育的意义和大学生心理健康标准等方面的分析,强调重视和加强大学生心理健康教育势在必行,同时提出了对大学生进行心理健康教育的切实可行的措施和方法,意图对教育和培养大学生良好的心理素质起到积极的作用。

It's essential to attach emphasis on importance to and improvemeat on the psychological healthy education among the university students. That is the subject of this essay which records something akin to analysis of the significant and standard in prevailing over undergraduate's psychological healthy instruction. An of this has association with the effect on the causes, fundamental situation and main questions in the undergraduates' psychological healthy. Meanwhile, it points out feasible measures and ways on it and was intended to play an active vole on development and cultivating the students' good mental quality.
