摘要
深化高等院校的职称改革,对于高等院校的师资队伍建设具有重要的意义。就目前高等院校职称改革工作中存在的问题,作者进行了初步的探索,提出了深化高等院校职称改革的几点建议。
Deepening the professional titles reform in higher education institutions is of great significance to the nurturing of the teaching faculty. The author probes into some problems currently existing in the refrm and makes several suggestions regarding how to deepen the reform.
