Discussion on the Development and Management of City Underground Piping Network

城市基础设施的建设具有公益性强 ,投资规模大、投资回收期长等特性 ,本文从城市基础设施的规划、建设、管理方面研究和探讨。

City infrastructure construction is known to be characterized by public goodness, large scale investment and delayed profit. The paper is aimed to make a research and discussion on the plan, construction and management of city infrastructure. On the consideration of the present reality, sereval concrete suggestion was made by the author:unified plan and implemention and management of the construction of the underground pipelines in cities are required. The rules of road excavation and pipelines management should be set up without delay. Intensive construction of the underground piping network should be advocated collection and improvement of the technical files of the underground piping network should be carried out to the favor of later comprehensive development and utilization.
