摘要
利用SDS PAGE技术对新疆育成与推广的11个品种和90年代引进的44个亲本的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成进行了比较系统的分析。结果表明,引进亲本在Glu A1位点有2种等位变异类型0和1;Glu B1位点有6个等位变异类型:7+8、7+9、13+16、17+18、6+8、7,但主要以7+8为主;Glu D1位点有2个等位变异类型:2+12、5+10,以5+10为主要类型。在大面积推广品种中,新春5号和新春9号为5+10亚基携带者;新春3号品种携带17+18亚基。上述结果基本反映了20世纪90年代新疆春小麦育成与推广品种和20世纪90年代引进亲本品种的谷蛋白亚基组成的变化情况。
The highmolecularweight(HMW)glutenin subunits f ro m 55 varieties were fractionated by SDSPAGE,including 11 Xinjiang spring wheat cultivars and 44 introduced parents in 1990's.The results indicated that the 44 introduced parents carried either null(c) or 1(a)subunits on GluA1 loci,six t ypes were detected on GluB1,which were7+8(b),7+9(c),13+16(f),17+18(i),6+8(d),7 (a).7+8 was the major types.Two types were detected on GluD1,which were 2+12(a ),5+10(d).5+10 was the major types.In the released varieties,Xinchun No. 5 and X inchun No.9 carried 5+10,Xinchun No.3 carried 17+18.These results also basically reflected allelic changes on Glu1 in Xinjiang grown spring wheat cultivars an d introduced varieties in 1990's.
