新疆野生菊苣生物学特性的初步研究

A Study in Biological Characters of Wild Cichorium intybus L.in Xinjiang

新疆是野生菊苣在我国的主要自然分布区之一,在北疆地区野生菊苣每年3月底至4月初萌芽,5月中旬抽茎,花期6～10月,6月中旬始花,7月上旬至7月中旬为盛花期,种子在授粉后20天发育成熟,此时种子发芽率及千粒重均达到最高,最佳种子收获期为盛花期后20至30天;种子深褐色,水分含量为18 08%;种子无休眼期,8～9月萌发。菊苣基生叶总蛋白质含量为18%,含有17种氨基酸,总量为14 43%。菊苣生境适应范围广,土壤条件中性偏碱,并可分布至轻度盐渍化土壤。

One of the matural distributive of the wild C ic horium intybus L.in China is Xinjiang.Cichorium intybus L.budding from the end of March to the beginning of April;stemming in the middle of May;th e flowering of chicory started in middle June,and until October,peak flowering i n early July to the end of July.The seed maturity occurred 20 days after pollina tion when maximum seed germination tate and maximum thousand seed dry werght wer e reached.The optimum time to harvest seeds is from 20 to 30 days after peak flo wering,when the seeds ard deep brown and seed moisture is about 18.6%.The se ed has on dormant period,budding from August to September.The total protein of c hicory leaf was about 18%,there are seventeen aminophenol,the total is about 14. 43%.Cichorium intybus L.adapting to wide living condition;living in ne utral soil which has some of alkaline;distributing in light salty soil.We also a nalyses and compare with the nutrition between the stem & leaf.
