Motion and force Analysis on the three pinconnected joints of amplitude variation mechanism of the truck crane are discussed in this paper. The reasonable position of the three pinconnected joints are determined, the characteristic curve of lifting is worked out and the adjustment method of the structural parameters of the three pinconnected joints is proposed.
