摘要
采用外加电场的方法,对固溶处理的FeMnSiCr合金的显微组织进行了试验研究。结果表明,在外加电场的作用下,FeMnSiCr合金的显微组织结构发生了明显的变化:晶粒细小,组织均匀,析出相增多;同时外加电场作用为应力诱发ε-马氏体形核提供了更多有利位置,使应力诱发ε马氏体的数量明显增加。
The influence of additional electrofield on microstructure in FeMnSiCr alloys solutiontreated is studied. The results show that the microstructure in FeMnSiCr has been changed greatly by additional electrofield. The grain size has refined, the structure has homogenized and the precipitates have increased. Meanwhile, the priority of nucleation have increased after the additional electrofield is added to cause the stressinduced εmartensite.
