摘要
针对中铝山西公司热电分厂 5号炉运行中一直出现锅炉主汽温度偏低问题 ,通过试验和热力平衡模拟计算相结合的方法进行了分析研究 ,认为其主要原因是受热面积灰和饱和汽带水 ,此问题仅通过燃烧运行调整难以彻底解决。经停炉对汽水分离器失效的均流装置进行恢复 ,并清理各段受热面的积灰后 。
Analysis and study have been performed, it is considered that the main cause leading to continuously lower temperature of the main steam from boiler No.5 at Thermal Power Branch Plant under China Aluminium Shanxi Company was due to heat surface fouling and saturated steam containing water, being hard to be thoroughly solved only via operational adjustment of combustion. After inspection during boiler stoppage, the uniformly flow-distributing device of the failured water separator has been restored, and the fouling on every section of heat surface being cleared away, making the steam parameter returned to the normal value.
