摘要
糖皮质激素(激素)是疼痛科常用药,现已发现其发挥多种治疗效应的同时也存在许多毒副反应。激素在抗炎、镇痛和抗过敏3方面已有很多临床和基础研究结果,通过总结临床使用激素止痛的现状和存在问题,提示激素的毒副反应不容忽视;综合中华医学会疼痛学分会第3届疼痛研讨会(2000年)的讨论意见和作者自身体会,提出临床应用激素治疗疼痛的几点建议,为临床合理应用激素提供参考。
Glucocorticoids have been used as a kind of common medicine in pain clinic at present, regardless of their mass adverse drug reaction. In this article, we explored antalgic mechanism of glucocorticoid in directions of anti inflammation, analgesia and anti anaphylaxis in advance. Then the present situations and subsistent problems existed in the glucocorticosteroid usage were summed up meanwhile the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of glucocorticosteroid were emphasized.Finally,we put forward several suggestions about reasonable glucocorticoids treatment on the basis of the 3rd Pain Seminar (2000) sponsored by Chinese Society of Pain Management and the author's self experiences.
