聚乳酸-聚羟乙酸/磷酸三钙的细胞生物相容性研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:采用骨髓基质细胞检测聚乳酸-聚羟乙酸/磷酸三钙(PLGATCP)材料的细胞生物相容性,筛选细胞组织工程的载体材料。方法:利用骨髓基质细胞在体外接种于PLGA/TCP材料,并与PLGA/TCP材料浸提液共培养,进行形态学观察、细胞增殖及酶学检测。结果:骨髓基质细胞能在PLGA/TCP材料上贴附、繁殖,其生长及功能不受影响。结论PLGA/TCP材料具有良好的细胞生物相容性,能作为细胞组织工程种子细胞的载体材料。 AIM:To evaluate the cell biocompatibility of PLGA/TCP.METHODS: Bone marrow stem cells were cultured and implanted in PLGA/TCP in vitro, as well as were culture with medium which PLGA/TCP had been dipped in.Then observed the living characters of cell and measured its ALP.RESULT: PLGA/TCP didn't have any negative influences on living characters and cell functions of bone marrow cells.CONCLUSION:The cell biocompatibilities of PLGA/TCP are good, so PLGA/TCP can be used as a kind of bone tissue engineering carrier.
