摘要
目的:通过对眼烧伤新西兰白兔和眼烧伤患者应用含药辐照异种角膜后的实验研究及临床观察,论证含药辐照异种角膜治疗眼烧伤的疗效,探索出一种理想的眼烧伤治疗方法。方法:将36只酸、碱眼化学烧伤的新西兰白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用含药辐照异种角膜治疗,对照组按常规治疗。比较实验组和对照组的伤眼感染、角膜溃疡及角膜穿孔发生率。将55例(88眼)眼烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用含药辐照异种角膜治疗,对照组按常规治疗。比较治疗组和对照组的伤眼治愈率。结果:动物实验:细菌培养无菌生长,体外抑菌试验显示含药辐照异种角膜对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有很强的抑菌活性,实验组伤眼感染率及角膜溃疡、穿孔率远低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。临床研究表明治疗组治愈率远高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:含药辐照异种角膜完全达到无菌和较强抗菌活性的要求,具有促进角膜上皮愈合、防治感染和减少并发症的作用。
AIM:To evaluate the effects of Irradiated Drug containing Xeno Cornea on the managements of ocular burns and to investigate an ideal method for ocular burned patients.To investigate an ideal therapeutic method for ocular burns.METHODS:36 cases of New Zealand white rabbits with eyes of acid or alkali burn were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The eyes in experimental group were treated by Irradiated Drug containing Xeno Cornea.Those in control group were performed as usual.The experiments of bacterial culture and bacteriostat were performed with Irradiated Drug containing Xeno Cornea.The rates of ocular infection, corneal ulcer and perforation were compared in experimental and control groups.55 cases (88 eyes) of patients with ocular burns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The eyes in treatment group were treated by Irradiated Drug containing Xeno Cornea.Others in control group were performed as usual.The cure rates of burned eyes were compared in above two groups.RESULTS:The result of bacterial culture indicated no bacteria growth.Bacteriostatic experiment in vitro indicated that Drug containing Xeno Cornea had great bacteriostasis to staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. The experimental study showed that the rates of ocular infection,cornea ulcer and perforation in experiment group were obviously lower than those in control group (P< 0.05 ).Clinical study showed that the cure rate in treatment group was obviously higher than those in control group(P< 0.05 ).CONCLUSION: Irradiated Drug containing Xeno Cornea comes up to sterility and antisepsis standard and it can enhance the healing of corneal epithelia,prevent and treat ocular infection and decrease complications.
