不同粉磨系统的生料特性及其对生料易烧性的影响

Clinker properties to different grinding system and their influence to clinker burnability

采用了化学分析、差热分析等传统分析方法和透射电镜和扫描电镜等现代化分析手段,对琉璃河水泥厂管磨和立磨制备的生料特性及其对生料易烧性的影响进行了研究。研究表明,不同粉磨系统的生料其微观结构有差异,易烧性也有差别。

Study on clinker properties ground by tube mill and roller mill in Liulihe Cement Plant and their influence to clinker burnability is done by means of chemical analyses, differential thermal analyses, SEM and XRD. The result shows that microstructure of clinker is various from different grinding system, and their burnability is also various.
