摘要
WTO相关法律文件对司法审查已有明确规定,中国加入议定书也就司法审查做出了庄严承诺。从WTO视角,分析研究我国的司法审查制度,对照WTO要求和我国的承诺,进一步完善和发展我国的司法审查制度,是中国加入WTO后的现实要求。
Judicial review has been specific prescribed in the law papers correlative with WTO and China has made a solemn promise about judicial review as China joined the protocol.As viewed from WTO to analyze and study our stat's judicial review system and corresponding to the requests or WTO and our state's promise to develop and perfect our judicial review system further is theoretically worthy and is more important to the needs of the praxis.
