Polder Model is a Dutch answer to employment problems,and it has achieved great success in creating employment opportunities,reducing unemployment and basically alleviating various kinds of social problems caused by unemployment.This paper emphasizes on the analysis of the development courses and main characteristics of Polder Model and the exploration of the enlightenment on employment development in our country.This paper has a realistic significance to help sole serious reemployment problems of laid-off workers and the unemployed in our country.
